I have Skype v8.10.0.4 which it claims to be the latest version and it works fine on High Sierra. I have deleted all things Skype and reinstalled the application multiple times. The system requirements for Skype for Business on Mac are OS X 10.11 El Capitan or macOS Sierra 10.12 ans above.
